Steel big-tire CX frame and fork for East Bay

Maybe my favorite pink in the universe, this frame is all external routing and flat mount brakes. It also has mounts for front and rear racks. Axles are 12 mm x 142 rear, 12 mm x 100 front. It might be a steel frame and fork but it can take modern components.
The tubing in this one is smaller diameter to reflect a look of frames from a couple of decades ago. That said, it still has the s-bend stays that have been the norm for the last 10-12 years.
There's also a chain hanger- not something you see much on modern bikes but that does not mean that it is totally extinct.
