Steel disc/road frame going to Japan

The 5' rider will be using Shimano Di II on this frame. This is just about as small of a 700c frame that I can build and still have it steer nicely. The fork will be an all-road Whiskey carbon with 51 mm rake. This will match up perfectly with the 70 degree head angle. The bend in the seat stays is there to make room for the flat mount caliper. 

This frame weighs 3 lb. 13 oz. and has an integrated style head tube to keep the standover and bars low enough. The frame and fork will take 700x35 tires.
