All-road steel frame , fork and stem

 Maybe 'all-road' is just a name I gave this frame instead of calling it what it really is: The frame that was ordered . I tried my best to fulfill the following requests : 1" threadless steerer, room for 700x47 tires , flat mount brake bosses and mechanical shifting for a 2X transmission. Also, a steel stem for a 26.0 diameter handlebar. When was the last time I built something like this ? I don't remember. The last one probably had rim brakes.....it was that long ago.  Did I mention that it has full fender mounts ? -It does, along with a head tube pump peg. This is truly a definitive custom frame - I really hope that the owner bonds with it. 

650 Boost MTB frame with UDH

 This rider has a history of ultra-marathon riding and is replacing a decades old Bianchi Peregrine.The trick was to make enough standover for a 5'4" rider and still be able to run a 120 mm shock. I was able to get it pretty much where I wanted it so I would call this one a real success. The reverse-arch top-tube is something I have relied on for a few earlier bikes like this one. 

The bike will be set up with wireless shifting and a wireless dropper post. The only guides on the frame are for the rear brake. 

SL road- 'Bro-Tour' model

This is the second one of these I have built so far. It is essentially an SL road with drop seat stays and aero tubing. The idea is to mimic bikes on the pro-tour. This one is only three pounds plus the weight of the frame and it is going to one of the fastest 16 year olds on the west coast.
 

SL road with a very unique finish

This frame has a powdercoat that started out textured-kind of like a Coleman thermos. The clear coat painter managed to smooth it out and did a pretty decent job of replicating the finish on the fork with wet paint. It isn't perfect but it closer than I thought he would be able to get- I tip my hat.
 

The frame is a 7005 SL mated to an Enve disc-road fork. This one is going to Ma.

Smallest aluminum frame of the year so far

Yes- this one is tiny. It is less than three pounds and it fitted with an Enve G-series fork and a Jen Green white bronze badge. It also with have a black King Dropset-3 . Looking forward to hearing how the 5' rider likes this gravel setup.

 This one would fit me ! It is Columbus Zona and it will be set up with mechanical shifting. It has a Jen Green white bronze headbadge, too.

Double oversize lugged frame in for repaint

The first reason this frame came back to the shop was to have shifter braze ons removed. The owner has gone for wireless shifting. The new color scheme is a classic candy red with panels. Very classic-the decal placement and whole design of the paint work was relayed directly to the painter by the customer. He flew out from Arizona just to do this - that's someone who is really hands-on with his bike work. He is a  commercial pilot so at least the flight is free.......still, that's a long trip to just see a painter. I tip my hat !
