Disc brake 'cross frame for Buffalo

 This stout steel frame will be raced, used for trail riding and the occasional gravel ride.

The customer specified the 44 mm I.D. head tube to run a tapered steerer carbon disc fork. 

All the tubing and hardware is made to take a beating. My new jig is actually pretty dialed at this point.

Threadless 1" replacement fork for a 3 Rensho

 This is an original Yoshi Konno crown that I have probably had for about 30 years. I don't remember where I got it but I found a good home for it on a customer's bike. It will be really a nice addition to the bike and pretty authentic other than the threadless steerer.

7005 'cross frame for Wi. will see many duties

 There are some gravel races, a UCI cyclocross event and many other local venues where this bike will show up.

 The road cable routing is a nod to the colder conditions where top routed cables ca get fouled more easily by freezing mud. The forward facing seat slot is also to prevent icy mud from fouling the seat tube.

 The gold seat collar is a team-only piece....a nod to this person's help hosting the team at the nationals for the last two seasons. He's an honorary team member.

This is the batch where the above frame came from-officially big batch # 2 of the summer. I have to start on batch # 3 next week. It don't stop, folks.........at least not yet.

Steel 29er frame with options

This one is going to PA. to a shop that orders a frame now and then. This one has a 44 i.d.head tube, Paragon slider dropouts and a splitter for belt drive. I think there are not too many options left out of this one-it is a real example of what a custom frame can be

While the rider is only about 150 lbs. I was told that he will beat the piss out of this one-I made sure that it will be up to the task with a solid tubeset of True Temper OX and Dedaccai stays. It should be tough.

I made it for a single ring setup as per the customer's instructions. I also set it up for full housing-a feature that is becoming very popular recently.

Single speed steel 'cross frame for So-Cal.

 This frame is for a 5'3" rider who is very light. I didn't weigh the frame but it is well under 4 lbs. and should be a nice ride for someone at that weight.

The tubing is a mixture of True Temper OX, S-3 and Columbus 'Life'. There are a couple of Dedaccai tubes as well......pretty much the kitchen sink. I like blending tubing based on wall thickness and profile rather than brand name. 

Two team aluminum 'cross frames for Canada

 These two rocket sleds are going to a new member of the team who lives in Canada-hence the maple leaves. The sponsor goods and stickers are on the frames-kind of like a stock car.......but the engine is entirely different.

 With the King BB and headset, Easton forks and eventually Paul Component brakes these will be what our entire elite team fleet looks like, except maybe for the maple leaves. I predict that these bikes will be ridden at a very high rate of speed.

Steel road frame and fork

This one is half True Temper OX and half Reynolds 725. The frame is really stout and should be fine on any road surface-dirt, gravel, whatever. 

 The crown is a Mitsugi from Pacenti designs and is nearly the same as what came on Masi frames of the early '80's. I think it is about my favorite crown to work with in all regards.

The bend in the stays is really subtle, just enough to see. The 725 seat stays are really rigid and don't like too much manipulation...err......tweaking.
