Large WCCX frame

The spring aluminum batch is well under way and this is probably the largest CX frame in the mix.

The rider is tall enough that I had to use a 44 MM ID straight head tube instead of the usual integrated type - the integrated head tube is not available in anything larger than 180 MM. This head tube is 219 !
