Not only that but it has a level top tube. The local rider was very specific about the features on this 3 lb. 2 oz. frame. It's a serious road racing frame but it does not have the modern features that have shaped this particular model. That said, it has the same look and will be a lot easier to set up and maintain. 
 

I got to use a pair of my QR dropouts for the first time this year , at least the aluminum ones.
