Yes- that's correct. This is the first steel TT frame I have built in many years. It has a NOS True Temper S-3 airfoil down tube and Columbus Foco chain stays- remember those ? Along with NOS rear dropouts, this one is chock full of bits out of the collection of vintage frame hardware.
