Here is a kilo frame in the raw. I'm building it for a guy who want's to set a new world record. If he does, everybody can get rainbow bands on their Rock Lobster track frames....I'll even provide them no charge.

His name is Antony Galvan from L.A. and I guess he's pretty fast. I haven't seen him race but I know he holds a kilo record in his age group ( 30 +)

wow..that guy will be LOW.. the top tube intercepts the down tube without fully meeting the super short head tube.
I dont know jack about track is that common to see?
I'm no expert (compared to el swiggco) but I dont think its all that unusual, especially if he is using an integrated/aheadset base bar which will raise him up quite a bit...check out Hoy
